A client approached us to design an executive-level AI programme. During our scoping calls the leadership team expressed an almost “smart-phone level” expectation that AI could perform miracles inside the enterprise – for example, “Can AI make our two legacy systems talk to each other?” Their IT counterparts were equally enthusiastic and open to change.
